Is Autolink free?
Yes — your Autolink is free to create and free to share, with click stats included. No credit card, no trial clock. Sign in with Google, paste a link, done.
How does it know where to send people?
When someone taps your link, Autolink reads the device it came from. iPhones open the App Store, Android phones open Google Play, and desktops or anything unknown land on your website. No SDK, no code on the visitor’s side — it’s just a link.
My app is only on one store. Is it still useful?
Yes. Link what you have: visitors on the other platform land on your website instead — or on a page with your store links if you haven’t set one. When you launch on the second store later, add it — your Autolink stays the same.
Can I tell which channel my clicks come from?
Add a channel tag to the end of your link — autolink.to/yourapp/instagram in your bio, autolink.to/yourapp/tiktok under your videos. The dashboard splits clicks by channel and platform, so you can see which post actually moves installs.
How is this different from posting a store link directly?
A store link serves exactly one platform — post the App Store URL and every Android tap dead-ends. Posting two links everywhere means juggling URLs forever. An Autolink is one smart link that covers both app stores and the web: it routes every visitor correctly, and it counts your clicks along the way.
Do I need my own website?
No. If you don’t set one, visitors on desktop see a clean page with your app’s store buttons instead. A website is optional — the link works either way.
