1. Who We Are

Autolink is operated by the business identified below. For paid transactions in Korea, the following seller information is provided in accordance with applicable e-commerce law:

2. The Service

Autolink lets you create a single link that detects each visitor's device and routes them to the appropriate destination — the App Store, Google Play, or a website you specify — and shows you click statistics for that link. The routing is performed server-side; no software is installed on your or your visitors' devices.

Autolink is a link-routing and analytics tool. It is not an app-store, a payment processor for your end users, or an install-attribution / deferred-deep-linking platform, and it does not guarantee downloads, installs, or any particular result.

3. Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old and able to form a binding contract.
• You sign in with a third-party identity provider (e.g., Google). You are responsible for keeping access to that account secure.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it current.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You are solely responsible for the links you create and the destinations they point to. You agree not to use Autolink to create links that:

• point to malware, phishing, or deceptive or fraudulent destinations;
• distribute content that is illegal, infringes intellectual-property or privacy rights, or violates any law;
• disguise the true destination, or mislead visitors about what they will receive;
• promote violence, harassment, or sexually exploitative material involving minors;
• send unsolicited bulk messages (spam) or violate the terms of the platforms where the link is shared;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service;
• artificially inflate click statistics or otherwise interfere with measurement.

We may review, disable, or remove any link, and suspend or terminate any account, that we reasonably believe violates these Terms — where practical, with notice, and immediately where necessary to prevent harm.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of your apps, destinations, and related data. You grant Autolink the limited license needed to host, process, and serve your links and to generate your click statistics while you use the service. You represent that you have the rights necessary to direct traffic to the destinations you configure.

6. Free & Paid Links

Autolink offers a free tier and, currently in the Republic of Korea only, paid links.

6.1 Free tier

The free tier lets you create and share a link at no charge, with click statistics included. Free features are provided "as is" and may change or be discontinued.

6.2 Paid links (Korea)

A paid link is a fixed-term purchase, not a subscription. You pay once for a term and the link stays active for that term. Current terms and prices:

• Prices are shown at checkout; taxes, if any, are handled as indicated there.
• Payment is processed by our payment provider (Toss Payments). We do not store your full card details.
• A term does not auto-renew. When it ends, the link stops routing after a short grace period unless you purchase another term. Renewing early adds time on top of the time you already have.
• We may change prices or terms for future purchases; changes do not affect a term you have already paid for.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

For purchases made in Korea, you have the withdrawal rights provided by the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce and related laws. In general, you may request withdrawal of a purchase within 7 days of payment.

Because a paid link is a digital service that becomes available immediately upon purchase, the right of withdrawal may be limited once the service has begun to be provided, to the extent permitted by law and where this limitation has been disclosed to you at checkout. Where a refund is granted, the corresponding paid term is canceled and the link stops routing.

8. Availability & Changes

We work to keep Autolink available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Destinations depend on third parties (app stores, your website) that can change or become unavailable outside our control. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, with reasonable notice where changes are material and where practical.

9. Intellectual Property

The Autolink name, logo, software, and site content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our brand except as needed to use the service normally.

10. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Autolink is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We are not responsible for the content or availability of the destinations your links point to, or for any app-store or third-party decision affecting them.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Autolink will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. For paid links, our total liability arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the affected link in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including a consumer's mandatory rights.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Autolink harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising out of your links, your destinations, your content, or your violation of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.

13. Suspension & Termination

You may stop using Autolink and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to comply with law. If we terminate a paid link without cause before its term ends, we will refund the unused portion of that term. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (for example, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as Autolink evolves. When we do, we will update the effective date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice as required by law. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict of law rules, and disputes will be handled by the courts with jurisdiction under Korean law. This does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer-protection rules of your place of residence.
